The Cohort

Overview: A functioning cohort involves the regular coming together of a group of men and women with the commitment to journey for the purpose of their transformation and development in mission. In some contexts we will actually set out to engage mission together. It is important to note that the development and growth we seek is threefold as it involves matters of the heart, head and hands. Robust growth comes about as each person fully engages in the process.
- Theological exploration and discovery
- Covenant together around formative practices (spiritual habits and commitments)
- Mission engagement: active involvement, reflection, problem solving, networking and brainstorming
