Coaching for Leaders
Coaching for ministry. VMC provides short term coaching for pastors and elders of churches. Contact us if you’d like to arrange it. We do not do counselling. Rather we focus on coaching people in their immediate leadership settings.
Whole life coaching. VMC also has a person on staff, Mark Anderson, who does whole life coaching. It is expected to provide two key benefits for leaders:
- Catalyzing change in both the leader and their ministry by focusing on agreed-upon goals, overcoming obstacles and hold-backs, and providing supportive accountability (the life coaching dimension).
- Enhancing spiritual, emotional, and relational health by facilitating a deeper relationship with God and more complete surrender to His love (the spiritual direction dimension).
