VMC provides services to 130+ churches across Canada. They are very diverse! Some are very large, some are new church plants, some have long histories in their communities, some are French speaking churches in Quebec and still others are made up of new Canadians from China, Eritrea, Congo, Iran and Burma/Myanmar. These evangelical churches are autonomous in matters of governance, have a strong focus on team leadership and many practice weekly communion. The staff of VMC provides servant leadership among these congregations. They do not have authority over them.
