	Gord has a passion for evangelism, equipping and church-planting. His experiences include: missions in Ecuador and Colombia, evangelism pastoring and planting in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, the formation of an inter-denominational mission to reach the disadvantaged of the Kitchener- Waterloo community and is the founder of Vision Ministries Canada which began in 1992..

	Jay is a former newspaper editor and college faculty member. He participated in the leadership of three Western Canada church plants and served as President of Mt. Carmel Bible School in Edmonton from 1990 to 1997. Jay is the editor of Thinking Ahead, the Vision Ministries Canada newsletter, and Master Networker.

	Mark Anderson, a consulting engineer by profession, is now serving in his 10th year as the Pastoral Team Leader at Marineview Chapel in Vancouver. He is also the founder of More to Life (www.wholelifecoaching.ca), and on a part-time basis provides coaching to planters and pastors for VMC.

	Indy is the national coordinator for the Chin Christian Fellowship of Canada, a network of 10-12 Chin (Burmese) churches associated with VMC. He also provides leadership at City Church and the Manitoba Christian Fellowship. He also serves many refugees in association with City Connexions.

	Paul is a retired pastor with a lot to give to help churches grow. He is now using his experience to serve churches looking for pastoral staff and individuals looking for a church in which to serve. He is available to serve as an interim pastor within Ontario.

	Jeremy has served broadly in mission for over 20 years, including the Navigators. His passion is to see people discovering their God-given gifts and mobilized into mission. His commitment to VMC is to assist in tackling the challenge of developing a new generation of leaders to serve in our churches and to pioneer church plants.

	Henrietta is our administrative assistant who has served with VMC since its beginnings.  She provides support services to all of our staff members and assists with every project.

	Michele is a Chartered Accountant and maintains all the financial records of VMC. She is married to John and has two children. They are members of LifeSpring Christian Fellowship in Waterloo.

	David is a chartered accountant who successfully started his own accounting practice; but, his passion for God and for down to earth Bible teaching would not allow him to continue in business career. He has served the Woodside Bible Fellowship and Highview Community Church in pastoral capacities and is presently the teaching pastor at Cambridge Community Church. He is responsible for Natural Church Development assessments, provides overall direction for VMC's finances and does quite a lot of writing related to church policy development.

	John is a former VP of Clarica (now Sun Life) Insurance company in Waterloo (now retired). He assists VMC with a variety of administrative projects and is a member of Lincoln Road Chapel in Waterloo.
