Just to have someone to talk your planting idea over with is a good start. Coaching is one of the most important ingredients to successful church planting
At the beginning these conversations may simply be occasional talks.
After “getting started” the conversations become a little more formalized
- First six months – may be by phone, live conference calls, small group interaction, on site visits
- Following 2.5 years – may be by phone, live conference calls, small group interaction, on site visits
- After the first three years we will attempt to connect the leaders of the new church to a peer learning network that is a good fit for your church
