The following are new ministry initiatives that we are supporting; mostly church planting, all within the last three years.

Agricola Community Church

Church at the Falls

Downtown Windsor Community Church

Establishing a network of linked neighbourhood Covenant Communities throughout Downtown Windsor. Each home is a gathering of Christians active in the transformation of the community through proclaiming and enacting the Gospel, and modeling the Community of the King.

Lighthouse Church of Newcastle

Millcreek Christian Fellowship

New London Community

Mandarin Christian Fellowship

Toronto China Bible Church

Collaborative Church Planting Ministry: The 12:12 Network

The 12:12 Network is a collaborative ministry of VMC, the Mennonite Brethren and the Associated Gospel Churches for the purpose of starting churches in high needs communities in the Greater Toronto Area. It started in 2009.

Facilitates teams moving in to high needs communities for the purpose of praying and seeking the welfare of those communities with the ultimate purpose of church planting. Presently there are fourteen teams in Toronto, Ottawa and Hamilton.

Quincy will be developing church ministries in four high needs Toronto neighbourhoods served by Urban Promise as well as a monthly celebration at a location that is central to all. His personal journey makes him an ideal candidate for this ministry.

Spirit of Truth Church**

Began with just four people in 2005. Associated with VMC in 2007 and with the 12:12 network in 09. The focus is on church planting among the Farsi speaking community of the GTA.

Ministry Networks

Le Réseau**

Is a network of about 24 French speaking churches in the province of Quebec. Its focus is on the renewal of these congregations and on deploying full time ministry personnel among them. VMC provides supportive help through coaching, finances and leadership resources.

The Chin Christian Fellowship of Canada**
